Clara AI generates a unique URL for every active role. Candidates click the link, complete a short conversational intake, verify their phone with a one-time code, and Clara calls them immediately for a structured AI phone interview.

Recruiters open their dashboard to scored, classified results, without sending a single scheduling email.

Coordinating first-round interviews is one of the more time-consuming parts of recruiting. For each candidate who makes it to a phone screen, a recruiter has typically sent four or five emails, blocked out calendar time, sent a reminder, and absorbed at least one no-show.

Across a pipeline of 30 or 40 candidates, that coordination adds up to a significant chunk of a recruiter's week.

And none of it is actual interviewing.

How the shareable interview link works

Every live job in Clara AI has a unique URL, available with one click from the job card or the dashboard.

Recruiters copy it and share it wherever candidates are: a careers page, a job board listing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, a text message.

One link, everywhere.

Here is what happens from there:

  1. The candidate clicks the link: they land on a branded page showing the role title, compensation, location, and schedule. A "Quick 10 min chat?" prompt sets time expectations upfront

  2. Short conversational intake: one question at a time, the candidate provides their first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The whole thing takes under two minutes

  3. Phone verification: the candidate receives a 6-digit SMS code. This step prevents spam and ensures call quality before any telephony resource is used

  4. Clara calls them: once verified, the system queues an outbound call. The candidate's phone rings within minutes, from a local number

  5. Results appear automatically: interviewed, scored, and classified candidates flow into the recruiter's dashboard as each interview completes

From 80 scheduling emails per role to zero

Candidates who complete the intake and do not answer Clara's call are simply absent from the dashboard. There is no time wasted chasing them.

Candidates who do pick up are interviewed, scored, and classified immediately. The recruiter reviews results when it suits them, not when the next calendar slot opens up.

  • Scheduling emails sent: zero

  • Calendar blocks needed: zero

  • No-shows absorbed: candidates who do not complete are not in the pipeline

  • Results ready to review: in the dashboard, scored and ranked, the next time the recruiter logs in

A 10-minute interview that works in the candidate's own language, on their own schedule

The intake is short and mobile-first. A candidate clicking a link from a job board or WhatsApp message can complete the whole process from their phone in under 15 minutes.

The interface adapts to the candidate's browser language. A candidate browsing in Spanish who applies for a London-based role will see the intake in Spanish and hear Clara conduct the interview in Spanish.

This matters in multilingual hiring markets, where language friction in the intake quietly filters out qualified candidates before the interview starts.

The shift in how recruiters spend their time

Teams using the shareable interview link describe the same change: the mornings are different.

The work that actually matters gets more time: evaluating who is genuinely strong, deciding who to move forward, having meaningful conversations with shortlisted candidates.
