The audio player at the top of every candidate report now shows a timeline with color-coded markers.

Each marker represents a point where a key moment was captured. Hover any marker and a tooltip shows the requirement name, a snippet of the candidate's response, and the timestamp.

Click it, and the audio seeks to that moment and plays.

Markers are colored by outcome: red for requirements not met, green for strong moments, orange where something needs closer attention.

This changes the review from a linear exercise (play the whole thing) to a targeted one (go to what matters). For a recruiter with 20 profiles to review in an afternoon, that difference is the difference between getting through the day and not.

Jump between key moments with one click

The key moments sidebar lists every significant interview segment in order, each with the requirement or skill being assessed, a short preview of what the candidate said, and the timestamp.

Click any card and the audio plays from that point. Cards track your progress as you listen, making it easy to work through the moments one by one.

For a role with 6 or 7 assessment criteria, reviewing the relevant moments typically takes under 5 minutes. Compare that to the previous approach: scrub through the audio, miss the moment, scrub back, listen again, note something down, continue. The time saving isn't marginal.

The transcript tab shows the full interview in a chat-style format: Clara AI's questions on the left, the candidate's responses on the right. Every bubble is clickable. Click any line and the audio plays from that point.

When audio plays from the top player, the transcript auto-scrolls and highlights the bubble currently being spoken. You can read and listen at the same time, or search for a specific word and jump directly to that moment. If a candidate mentioned a company name you want to verify, you can find it in seconds rather than by ear.

The transcript can also be exported as a text file, which some hiring teams use to share candidate context with hiring managers without requiring them to log into the platform.
