Pedro drives Clara’s product vision, applying deep expertise in hiring technology and AI to help Talent Acquisition teams hire with precision and speed. Previously, he founded Circular.io and was operating partner at Kibo Ventures.

Aymara Santamaría

Compliance

Aymara brings over 11 years of compliance leadership in global workforce solutions. Formerly Head of Global Labour Relations at Hotelbeds and an employment lawyer, she ensures Clara’s hiring remains fast, fair and auditable at scale.

Marios Clark

Data and security

Marios brings extensive experience leading security and compliance in technology. Formerly CISO at Zava and a security leader at Lumar, he ensures Clara’s systems meet the highest standards of trust and resilience.

Irene López

People and HR experience

Irene ensures the voice of HR professionals shapes every part of Clara’s platform. She brings over a decade of HR transformation experience, including leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group.

Antonio Rumeu

Antonio leads Clara’s global expansion, drawing on 13 years of experience scaling multi-region sales teams at Salesforce. He built and led high-impact organisations across EMEA and LATAM, including Tableau EMEA and Salesforce Digital Sales LATAM.
