At Clara, we believe AI should make hiring more fair, transparent and human. It will never replace human judgment.
We’ve designed the Clara platform to ensure that every interaction is ethical, explainable and accountable.

We explain how AI is used in hiring decisions. Clients can request fairness and performance reports and all model versions are tracked for accountability.

Explainable, transparent and accountable AI
We maintain explainability records and include human validation steps in Clara for your key workflows, from screening to matching, so you ensure human oversight on behalf of your recruiters. We provide user instructions explaining capabilities and limitations, and maintain logs to support traceability and audits.
We’re teaming up with expert leaders to conduct bias testing and red teaming for our enterprise clients on AI behaviour, accuracy and safety. Compliance by design, and compliance as our competitive advantage, lead the way we design Clara.
